Our sponsors have been an integral part of providing an array of technology for attendees to get their hands on. The event brings a very targeted attendee who is generally very interested in new-to-market and high-end product offerings. Last year’s successful event brought over 250 paying attendees to the Southington facility, with plenty of parking, ranges, facilities and room for vendors to mingle.

We’ll be returning to the same venue, with even more vendor room in the common area and some additional sponsorship opportunities for our partners. Any products you send for the attendee giveaway drawing are really appreciated by the attendees - last year almost everyone got to go home with something.

TO BUDGET FOR LOGISTICS TO HOST YOU AT THE EVENT, ALL SPONSORSHIPS MUST BE CONFIRMED/PAID BY OCTOBER 15 TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS YEAR’S EVENT. T-SHIRTS HAVE BEEN ORDERED AND NO MORE LOGOS CAN BE ADDED TO THE DESIGN (9/11).

Below are the sponsorship opportunities we are offering for 2024. If you would like to discuss something not offered below please reach out so we can discuss.

Sponsor Not Attending - $500 or equivalent giveaways for attendees

  • Support the event and promote your business even if you can’t attend

  • ECNS social media and website promotion of your company

  • Your business and any giveaway items will be announced during the Saturday night dinner

  • Your logo on the back of the ECNS 2024 event t-shirt

Sponsor/Vendor - $500

  • 2 vendor admission tickets included, additional discounted vendor tickets at $100 each

  • Full attendee access to the ranges to enjoy the event

  • High visibility location and one 6’ table provided in the vendor area

  • Microphone time to address all attendees during the Saturday night dinner

  • ECNS social media and website promotion of your company

  • Your logo on the back of the ECNS 2024 event t-shirt

Range Sponsor – $1,000 (0 of 6 Available)

  • Sponsor one of the shooting bays / ranges

  • The event sponsor/vendor benefits, plus:

    • Your banners and signs displayed on the range you sponsor

    • Your logo larger on the back of the ECNS 2024 event t-shirt

Pavilion Sponsor – $4,000 (0 of 1 Available)

  • Sponsor the main pavilion where attendees are briefed and receive meals, location of social activities after live fire concludes

  • The event sponsor/vendor benefits, plus:

    • Your banners and signs displayed on the pavilion

    • Your logo larger on the back of the ECNS 2024 event t-shirt

Shirt Sponsor - $2,000 (0 of 1 Available)

  • Sponsor the event shirts given to all attendees with admission ticket purchase

  • The event sponsor/vendor benefits, plus:

    • Your logo on the left sleeve of the ECNS 2024 t-shirt

Dinner Sponsor - $4,000 (2 of 2 Available)

  • Sponsor either the Friday or Saturday night dinners

  • The event sponsor/vendor benefits, plus:

    • Your banners and signs displayed in the dinner pavilion

    • Your logo larger on the back of the ECNS 2024 event t-shirt

Sponsors will receive early access to the event for setup, at 11am on Friday.
